hello, can anyone help me, i cannot find anything on when or wher my granddad died, i have even looked in scotland..........just in case.

if i can not find any record on line, what next??

arthur caswell...........born 1899 in malborough wiltshire

any ideas

he left my gran and we never knew what hapened to him.  (divorced her) not sure when.

no, only arthur...............his mum and dad were called james and sarah if that is any help?

who did he marry and when,  ;)

just seems strange that there is a death in Wiltshire for Henry Arthur E Caswell born 4 July 1899 who died Jan 1986 Chippenham, Wiltshire

and the only birth I can see for Arthur Caswell is July/ August /Sept quarter 1899 which is the one you have

and the only Arthur Henry Caswell I can see wasnt born till April/May/ June quarter 1903 Marlborough. Wiltshire

must admit its a bit of a long shot, but best I can find

thank you for looking, he married my nan in 1923, she was on her marriage cert, emily clare moses 25, but that is another story!!!!  (her age and history i mean)

the district was tetbury
