Isabell is at Kaiapoi cemetery so another visit to the library to look.

Are there any other names you want me to look for.

The ones with the Simpson name are all I have.

This was the only Gilbert there.

Gilbert SIMPSON 1872 - 1947 and his wife Mary 1873 - 1952

Isabella was aged 78 years.  I hope there is a date of death on the fiche.

Then I will be able to find another death notice.

Think I will ring the council to get William's date of death

I am just blown away by the masses of info. I was starting to wonder about Isabella Fletcher getting remarried at some point ...

Gilbert Bannister SIMPSON died Invercargill 1966 so maybe you can ring Eastern Cemetery and find out more.

I shall have a look at the microfiche record and see what it says.

I know the funeral directors down there are happy to send a copy of what they have on file for the deceased.

I have asked plenty of times and they have been very helpful.
