Hi all
I wonder if anyone would know the local newpaper in Alloa/Clackmannan area, which would be around in WW1 as my great uncle may have been featured in it.  Have searched the net but like looking for a needle in a haystack.

Hi, I doubt you are still active but i have found a newspaper report of a wounded Michael Devlin. Not sure if this is right though.

Alloa Journal - Saturday 22 May 1915

Mrs Devlin, 14 Castle Street, Clackmann, has just received information that her son, Private Michael Devlin (22), of the Black Watch, was wounded on the 24th of April , and is now in a Military Hospital in England. Of the seven sons of Mrs Devlin now serving with the colours, Michael is the only one so far who has been wounded.
