I would like to confirm what Dave has said, there is a small parish in the north east of the county which is Redisham (and in former times was often referred to as Great Redisham) the parish church is dedicated to St Peter.
The population in the mid 1800s was 165.
The hamlet of Little Redisham has been incorporated into the nearby parish of Ringsfield.
Unfortunately there is no volunteer for Redisham at the Suffolk Look Up Exchange although there are only 6 fiche in total covering baptisms, banns, marriages and burials from 1537-1900 - could be worth buying those you need from the Suffolk Record Office
