Yes, I spotted that too however I have found throughout my research that folk tend to say what is convenient at the time on official records.  Same with the change on place of birth!  Can you tell me anything more about Sarah, I would love to know her mother's name?

as the ages are out in all these records I'd be more inclined to think the minister would have noticed if she was that young when she married, it's more likely the census ages are incorrect than the marriage.

Thanks for your responses.  That is the family.  I am particularly interested in William Marshall and Sarah Bole.  I have very little information about them.  Confirmation of their birth dates would be great, and their mothers names would be really wonderful.    It would also be great to clear up whether Sarah is from Cavan or Newry.  I believe William Marshall senior died around 1918.  I know Sarah was deceased by 1946 but no idea when.
I recently found out more about Samuel and Thomas Marshall through the Newry Journal.  And there were some photographs of Stream Street that seem to be from that era.
I am descended from their daughter Flora Anna Marshall.
Any information gratefully received.
