I wonder if William Brasier Jones' will may reveal anything ...maybe his heirs would include Charles Jones' son, Ernest ?

According to this site:
http://gerald-massey.org.uk/Jones/index.htm
"Major Jones's mother was an Annesley, daughter of a squire of Kent. "

Thanks for that Spider :)

IGI
Charles Jones = Charlotte Matilda Annesley
2 FEB 1818

Charles Jones bc 1793 OF (does not say Born Hanover Sq) Hanover Sq, London

So we have to figure out if Charles is related to William Brasier Jones

In that link you posted< Spider , there is reference of Ernest (Chartist) writing about this person ... " He reached the limit when, under the thin disguise of the adventures of a fictitious demagogue called Simon de Brassier" .... Coincidental? ...that we are trying to connect him to William Brasier Jones whose mother's maiden name was BRASIER?

deb ...off into flights of fancy  ;D ;D
