Looking for descendants of Harry MERCER & Mary WINTER (formerly of Ledbury). Daughter PEGGY  b.1916 married Roland GIBSON 1935. I have a rather lovely photograph of Harry Mercer (I believe taken in Buckingham Palace) which I would like to reunite with the family.

If you look at this Forest of Dean site you'll find information about the WINTER Family, however no MERCER's.
