Honor WHITE St Just marriage.
« on: Wednesday 15 April 09 22:44 BST (UK) »
I am looking for marriage of Honor White to William Warren, Family search list the marriage on 31-7-1817. Her daughters Jane's death certificate however lists the husband as Richard. We have no details of Richard/Williams parents.
Has anyone else noteiced how many Jane Warren's there was in the 1841 census? Popular name.

Thanks,
Do you know of any way I can find his father's name? Do the originals show more?

you won't get father's names on marriages prior to civl registration in 1837. But you do get witness names which can help. You can get a copy of the parish entry from the record office in Truro.

Hi,
Yes that is my family on the census. I cant find William on any subsequent census so I presume he died between 41' and 51', I did find a death for William Warren in 1843. Do you know if the death certificate would show his parents?
I dont know who Nathan White was, but Nicholas White was Honor's father. What are those documents about? Does the "v" mean it was a court case?
Thanks mum mum

Hi Mum  mum

I think the death cert will only show what he died of and who registered his death.

The documents on National Archives sound like a court case ...the "v" standing for versus. Maybe intersting to see.

I would suggest that William Warrens parents were John Warren and Patience Trezise.
