Redbourn Baptism Look up Please - DOLLIMORE
« on: Wednesday 15 April 09 03:06 BST (UK) »
i would be most grateful for any information you might be able to find about George Dollimore who i believe was born in Redbourn sometime around 1821. he married a Mary Lee (not sure of spelling) 14 november 1846 and died on 13 september 1866 in kensington, middlesex. my mother is a dollimore living in canada and i am hoping to complete her family tree. my great aunt searched many years ago for a baptismal record for George Dollimore but was not able to locate him.  i sure would love to know who his parents were and thank you in advance for any help you can give me.

I'm afraid that I don't know as I do not have access to the complete Redbourn registers I'm afraid.  You may be lucky and someone who is visiting HALS may be able to help you with this.

thanks for looking for me. if you have the chance, could you please look for a george dollimore born about 20 - 30 years earlier in redbourne. this family name is spelled so many different ways so anything close might be them.
