WARNOCK, David. Private, Capt. Alexander Thompson's Company, Upper District of Pencader Hundred, 1778-1779 (Ref: B-815, B-816.) Robert Warnock died testate in New Castle County in 1783 and mentioned his sons David, James, and William Warnock (Ref: I-101).

If it is possible to find a record of this oath, it may give more information on his background.
