Challenging Restoration?

Attached is a photograph of my great grandmother Louisa Staker with son George c. 1915. It is a scan of a large 16 x 12 photo that has been folded and damaged in the past. Any help to restore this picture would be much appreciated.

nope, didn't like it, pulled that one, made it smaller and did another repair.
