To whom it may concern. I have tried to send these photos of one of Archibald Graham's wives', but without success.

Sorry,

Yours sincerely,

Newgent.

Dear Newgent,
Are you trying to load the photo onto this post? If so, there is a blue

] section at the bottom of the post area that allows you to load a photo.......if you have tried that, then maybe the photo is too big, and you might need to resize the photo. [/color]

I have yet to hear from the Family history man about Archibald's grave......I will chase him up if I don't hear today.

Cheers
Susie

Dear Susie,
I pressed the mouse thing on where it says (in blue), "Attach a photo...............". I was
prompted to press browse, which I did. The photographs appeared in a window; I checked the ratings; 296 kb. and JEPG. Here my knowledge ends.
Sorry Susie, I'm a slow learner.

Yours etc.,
Newgent.

Dear Newgent,
.......I was a slow learner regarding attachments too!

Go to the blue section and where it says "Attach"  click on the choose file icon. you need to find the photo file on your computer and click on it  and then the file name should come up in that section.

Hope this makes sense!

Cheers
Susie

My Dear Susie,
As you can see by the posts I am sending, I have somehow or other managed to get a picture in my profile. It was not an accident as I had been trying same. This gives me hope that I will eventually get them posted correctly.
The picture in my profile is quite rare. It is etched on its original plate and stuck to the original letter sent back from Australia in the 1800's. It depicts two relations of my maternal grandmother, as she had pencilled in "an Australian Aunt and cousin". I suppose that its wrong to assume right away that this is Archibald's wife and daughter whereas on the other hand I cannot imagine who else it could be.

Yours etc.,

Newgent.

Dear Newgent,
What a treasure to have in  the family..............let's hope somehow we can prove that it is Archie's wife.

Dear Susie,
Could you possibly find out for me if your colleague at the library received my e-mail?
