GAINGER born c1815 Devon

I am looking for any Gainger family members born in Devon.  Richard Gainger claims he was born about 1815 in Devon.  According to his marriage certificate his parents were John and Elizabeth Gainger.  Richard was in Australia by 1843.  Cheers, PW

This name does not appear in any records held by the Devon Family History Society, and indeed the IGI only shows 21 entries with this spelling for the whole country - mainly based in Kent.
The name GINGER is more prevalent - but again, not in Devon.
