COMPLETED - A fix up for the picture -restore and sharpen

HI, I have 2 more photos that are now English/Canadian stylings. On this  one the photo was stuck to the other page and ripped off part of her face is there any way to adjust or fix this?

I have attached another photo so you can see the side of the face that is missing.

POSTEES: If possible, PLEASE, scan your images at 300 - 600 dpi, for both ease of restoration and best results
RESTORERS: Feel free to change/improve/colour any restorations posted by myself.  Acknowledgment would be appreciated.

Hi everyone, I know you've heard this from me with all the pictures I've posted lately, but WOW! Thank you jim, charles, teltoon and billkent. I didn't know if it helped to have a full version of her face or if you just take the half you see and flip it. Whatever you did it looks fabu!
