Could I be terribly cheeky and ask for a look up?

I'm looking for a Mary Anne Lane born St Saviour Southwark workhouse in 1871. No father's name is given but her mother was Hannah Lane.

I'm not even sure if the St Saviour southwark workhouse is actually an alternative name for one of the southwark workhouses

Jilly, there's no Mary Anne Lane b.1871 that I can see....there's a Mary Ann Lane mother to a William b. 1901

I just looked up a record for jensquest, that was there...when I clicked to view the original image, it appeared there was a page missing?  ie, it was only showing, sex of child, number of entry, name of mother and date...not even the name of the child was on the page.  I viewed the image before and after, but they were just more of the same...so no "opposite" page...has anyone else come across this?...yet the name of the child WAS on the transcription?

Double check the scroll bar at the bottom.  The christian names of the children are in the far right column.

I have only got a basic subscription to Ancestry but since today I can now search and see the images without any problem. It's still not easy  to work out which years etc are available though.

How do you search for an inquest?  I can only see links for births and deaths.
