Can anyone help with this? I'm looking for a marraige between Robert Simpson and Margaret Boutcher (Butcher) about 1865 possible in the Roe Valley area.

(Catholic marriage registration started in 1864, non Catholic marriages were registered from 1845.)

there's a few possible Robert Simpson marriages but I dont see an immediate cross match for Margaret.

Here's the details of likely marriage, but date is not as your post.

12th August 1875 Robert Simpson married Margaret Butcher at Aghanloo Church of Ireland in the Parish of Aghanloo, Civil District Newtown Limavady, County Londonderry .

The best way to get full details is to phone Limavady Borough Council, Registrar's Department.  With the date and place of the wedding they should be able to send you all details from the certificate.  Most councils charge a small fee of around £3 or £4 for this.
