Which list are you using in your search because i can't find a Gent Wardman on the 1901 either.  He's there on the 1871,1881 and 1891.  I've tried different names but cant find him,  I did find his wife susan,

Shes listed as being married too.   I would make another thread asking for this if i was you.  People see 5 or 6 answers and think it's completed so dont look.

I made the search on www.1901censusonline.com

I also made individual searches for the other family members, Susan, Sam and Jesse. They all appeared. There were two Susans, both employed as stuff weavers. One was 42 yrs and the other 48 yrs.

Very strange  ???

I have been onto this site and done individual searches for the same people in 1901.

www.uk1901census.com/free-search.php

Again, they all appear. They were living in the Bowling area of Bradford. The address, or at least the area was something that I was hoping to find from this lookup. On this site a search for Sam brought nothing. He did however appear as Samuel and again employed as a card grinder. Also I found what may look like another family member, James Wardman (1885). There were one or two Wardman families in the Bowling area so couldn't confirm that. The 1891 census should deal with that problem but I am intrigued why they do not appear in your 1901 records.
