Saskatchewan City Directory Lookup PLEASE

Hello,

I am searching for a family who immigrated from Scotland to Moose Jaw and then to Swift Current 1927. William HAMILTON was a policeman in Scotland and immigrated to Canada where he became a RCMP officer.

I am wondering if anyone could check city directories for the above 3 locations.
Here are the particulars.

William HAMILTON wife Margaret Robertson HAMILTON (ms PATERSON) from Bo’ness, Scotland. married.1918 Harthill, Scotland. Came to Canada 1927.

Children were  all born in Scotland.
William HAMILTON B 29 Dec 1918 in Harthill
Helen HAMILTON B 18 Jan 1920  In Holytown
Elizabeth Whitelaw HAMILTON B 31 July 1923 in Chryston
John Paterson HAMILTON B 21 June 1924 Chryston.

Hi Jamie

Grandma and Grandpa had a 3 daughter Margaret. She was born after they moved to Sask from Scotland. I think she was born in Swiftcurrent Sask and she died in the early 70's.  My Mom [Elizabeth] was the last Hamiton on our side to go. She died this march. I'll try to dig up more info for you.

  My name is William Paterson,Jamielees is a cousin of mine on another side of the my family,and she has been helping me with my Canadian side of the family. Your Grandmother was my father's aunt. Which makes us 2nd cousins.  I now that your grandfather was a policeman in Scotland,and i have been trying to find out which police force you grandfather was in when he went to Canada.  Going by the shipping records he was to report to the Toronto Police headquarters. So Hopefully you will be able to finally help to fill in that side of the family.

  There is also another side of the Paterson Family in Canada. Your granmothers cousin Elizabeth Young Paterson also emigrated. She married Frank Mclauchlin and they stay in Hamilton. I have a lot of information on the Paterson side of the Family as I have been at it for several years now.

Hi, my name is Michelle Hamilton.  William Hamilton was my Grandfather and his son, William Hamilton, my father.  My father was William Hamilton's eldest child.  Both are deceased now.  I too have been trying to locate information regarding my grandfather and father.  Peggy is my cousin of which we just connected after her mother's (Elizabeth) passing 2010.  So I guess that means we too are cousins. I am very interested in sharing information and getting acquainted.  I live in the USA.
