Not sure of info, but Mk2 must have given you the death dates.
Did you contact Rotorua cem for deatils, if there
http://www.rdc.govt.nz/our+services/cemetery+and+crematorium/default.asp

Alternatively you can contact NZSG Branch Matamata (entry off NZSG INdex CD)
Maybe they were buried that area:
Mackie's and Boyd's Funeral Register
Name CRERAR James Dunbar
Date 1971
Reference (22/1971)
Further enquiries to Matamata Branch - NZSG

Hi no, it was a reference to a piece of land in Rotorua, 1971, off Archway.

Suggested she post here, so maybe sks could check  Rotorua fiche.  :)

I believe J Dunbar Crerar is different person, noted him, think he arrived a lot earlier.

.... their names were james and helen crerar, james was born in glasgow in 1924.

Hi

The following, looks like the death for James ?

From NZ Death Index (online)

1997 / 44709   CRERAR - James - d.o.b.  12 August 1924

[If wife Helen was younger than James, then it's always possible that she is still living ?]
