I know this is an old question, but the building Bellevue is still standing at 31 Fitzroy Place, Sandy Bay.
The building has been converted into apartments and is in very good condition.

I know its been a long time since your original post. I too am looking for information related to Belle Vue. Did you get to visit/is any portion of the one on Davey St. still standing? My ancestors also may have lived there. Would you be open to share info?
