I am trying to track down any member of the Dennett family.   I have a Sarah Dennett , born in North Crawley  in 1798, and have tried to find out about her.    Having had no joy,   I am now thinking that perhaps if I was able to find anyone  by the name of Dennett,  it may kick start me in the right direction,  and eventually find her.  Could she possibly have been registered in Newport Pagnell.?  I would really appreciate any information on any Dennett, anyway. soloist, to ask the very obvious, have you checked the "Your Surname Interests" on RC... via the link to that is at the bottom of this page?

maybe adding your names to the list would help you also.

Thanks for your reply.  I will check out the surname lists.  I can't remember if I have already done so, but a re-check is sensible. Soloist :)

haver you looked on the IGI for the Dennets in the North Crawley area?

Go to familysearch site then IGI and put the names in... worth trying...

As far as I am aware the registers of North Crawley are not on the IGI.  Why not try the Buckinghamshire Family History Society's Baptisms Database.  You should be able to find it on their website www.bucksfhs.org.uk  They do make a small charge but it could be worthwhile

Lowe - Charney Bassett, Berkshire
Bettle - Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire
Marshall - Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire
Goodman - Buckinghamshire
