james casey and rose brady:  i am trying to find any info on james casey,  and his wife rose (nee brady). in his sons hugh's wedding certificate signed in glasgow cathedral in 1842, it is difficult to make out their parents home address in monaghan. james casey's looks like carrick then it becomes difficult to read. rose Brady's home looks like doagh, but again it is not very clear.i know of at least three children  hugh: james; jane born between 1818 -1830 in monaghan . james casey describes himself as 1: horsebreaker and 2:a mason i would appreciate any help....   edcasey

Welcome to Rootschat, Carol. Unfortunately edcasey who started this topic hasn't been online since April 2009.

Can we help you with any information on the family?

New members usually need 3 posts to use PM (Personal Message) system- and Carol only has 1 so far- if she posts twice more on this topic then you should be able to communicate by PM to exchange email addresses and other personal information which you aren't allowed to post online here.

Hi Ed. Have James Casey born about 1821 in Galway,, not sure about that and now wonder if I've taken a wrong turn somehow.
