There are no TIMP births in Essex that coincide with these guys but there are TURP, William Mar qtr 1849, Unnamed Male Mar qtr 1851 and Walter Sep qtr 1853, all Sudbury RD which covers Pentlow. The census image looks like TURP.
So Amelia must have been his second wife. Harriet has died Dec qtr 1864, Sudbury.
In 1851 they are in Pentlow, but indexed on A*y as SHROPE. How you get that from TURP I do not know.
