Sorry its been a while,but at last I have managed to get to the Record Office with some information
High Ongar Baptisms 1805 to 1825
3 Aug 1806 John Henry son of John & Elizabeth Camp labourer
11 May 1809 Jane daughter of John & Elizabeth Camp     "        born 5 May
14 Apr 1811 William son of John & Elizabeth Camp           "        born Mar 17
6 Feb 1814 Elizabeth daughter of John & Elizabeth Camp "     
8 Sep 1816 Henry son of John & Elizabeth Camp               "

No I afraid it is John.It dos'nt make sense!Have you got the parents of John/Henry?I think the John in Lousa Maud's posting is John Henry b1806.It is interesting why they should name there first son John Henry and the others have not a second name .I am pretty certain they are the same person as I found no other Camps in High Ongar.I will check the parish register for marriages to see if the name is right next time I go to the Record Office ,which will be in a couple of weeks
I find researching in the High Ongar area frustrating as I have had similar problems with names changing etc.  If you need anymore help please let me know.
