Hi Dave

Top left standing is Leicestershire Regiment. Top right - Prince of Wales' feathers over the knot of Staffordshire - is the POWs (North Staffordshire Regiment). No idea of the man seated - more pixels are needed of cap badge, collar badge and the belt buckle.

You need the original photograph and scan it at it's highest resolution setting. If your scanner has pre-scan just scan the seated man. If not use a program such as PAINT to cut and paste just a small area of the resulting picture.

Third chap is St John Ambulance.... ;)
One more charge and then be dumb,
When the forts of Folly fall,
May the victors when they come
Find my body near the wall.

Pic was taken early to mid 1916, and the Leicester chap is a Kitchener New Army chap... :)

Don't worry about improving this one as the Regts are quite patent... ;) 8)

When I say "New Army" I mean that he wasn't one of the "Old Contemptibles" and was a volunteer under Kicheners plan to form a "Citizen Army" ("Britons! Needs You!" etc) to back fill the already growing losses in what was basically a very small "colonial police force"

What records that remain after he German bombing of them in 1940, are available via Kew or Anpestry.

A medal card would be the best place to start, as you have (I presume!) names already, and now you have a Regt to narrow them down.

The SJA chap will be more difficult, as although some went abroad, a large number did not, so probably nil medals for him...But worth a look, just in case...
