« on: Wednesday 25 February 09 08:51 GMT (UK) »
It is in Welsh and it is a family gravestone inscription

Blwch i gadw llwch y llu - hoff anwyl
Rhai enwog yr Iesu
Yn llygredd y dyfnfedd Du
Hyd awr fawr yr adferu

many thanks for any help supplied?

(I tried an online translator but it could not find it and said ERROR!)

My limited Welsh and the poetic phrasing makes it difficult to give a literal translation but basicly it says
The loved rmains are dear to Jesus and wil be restored from the balack depths.
I am sure some one will be able to give a more accurate translation though
