Hi,

According to Royal Mail website this address still exists.

129 Exeter Street, St Helens, WA10 4HP

I found it using Post Code finder on Royal Mail website - even provides you with a map !!

Regards

John

jvy20,
That is great news! My late mother was born in this house, 1903. I would really appreciate it if anyone had a photograph, or would know how I could go about getting one. I didn"t have the post code before so I will now try this Royal Mail site.  Thank you so much for your reply,
Regards,
Taughey.

Hi,

If you go to http://maps.live.com and type in the postcode you should be offered a "birds Eye" view.  You can then choose which direction you want to view it from but it doesn`t have one for West at the moment.

Regards,
Mo

Exeter Street still exists its in a area known as Newtown.  St Helens.

I could go around on Saturday and take a photo if you like.

Dancing Master,
I have been having a look at the site you gave me. Brilliant photographs on it. It has given me a really good idea of the area where my Mum was born. I noticed a lot of the photographs where of a Kitchener St. I myself was born in Kitchener Street but in N.Ireland! Strange but true! Mum must have felt at home having a familiar street address! Again many thanks,
Regards,
Taughey.
