Several of Robert's siblings, that are shown on the IGI, appear on the 1841 census with their parents, as you probably already know, but there is no sign of Robert.
There do not seem to be any families called Shillik anywhere in that area on the 1841 census. However, there is a death registration in the first quarter of 1841 at Pontefract for a Robert Shillik.
It is quite easy to imagine that a badly written Shillito on one record could end up as Shillik when transcribed onto another record.
I wonder, therefore, if the 1841 death registration for Robert Shillik might actually be your Robert Shillito.
