I've just taken part in my first poll, and brought up the 500 votes in favour of the motion that RootsChat will be of help. I have been amazed at the generosity and helpfulness of members and have made significant progress on a number of different branches of my tree.

Thank you all and rest assured I have not finished with my requests for help just yet.

Rootschat is just the very best site I've been on - sometimes you get an answer to a post within minutes!
Everyone is very friendly, but what I love the most, are all the "sources" available for each country/town/county.  I could spend all day here!
There is only one thing worries me - I feel guilty that I am always asking for help, but don't have anything to offer. If you had an Australian site, I could do something -hint hint!
So thankyou one and all,
Pauline
