Hi
Don't want to look a gift horse in the mouth but are you sure about Ann Tomlinson's detail? The reason I ask is I tried to find Paul Tomlinson born abt 1866 on the 1881 census & only found one born 1869. Only about 4 on the whole census. One of which was his father, others didn't match. That would have made him 15 when Ann was born. Only one Paul Tomlinson on free bmd born staffordshire Dudley 1869. I know that may be this is a second marriage & the older children may not be his, just took his name, but I can't find a marriage for him at all. Please help
See I know I'm going mad have Ann's birth, name is Tomlinson. Think I'd best get to bed, don't have birth have Marriage. ::)

If you get Ann's birth cert, that should give Thomas as her father.  Paul may have been a relative, same surname, both born Lower Gornal.

Quite a gap to the next child's birth, so assume Mary's second marriage would be about 1897?  Young Paul's birth is on Lancsbmd :
1897 TOMLINSON  Paul Jubilee       Hindley   Wigan & Leigh

Hi Thanks
May be they just made a mess of his details on 1901 census. Will try to sort out (was going to say tomorrow) later today.
