Will try a snail mail address I found and meanwhilewill check out the Fiche at the Library. Failing that may have to wait for the new burials CD to come out.
If only I could get to that area and scratch around 

Still pondering over the Jacob Feakins as guardian, must be a connection somewhere, too many coinsidences for there not to be.
The name Jacob was passed down to at least one grandson.

Lucy I came to the same conclusion as you, re the newspaper item. That was why I tried the New Plymouth Cemetery search.

I haven't been online a lot over the last month, just came across this posting, did you find the information you wanted, as I live in New Plymouth, Bell Block is less than 10 Minutes from where I am.

Lu has noted that the burial locations are unknown and if the Council were unable to provde further details it may be difficult to find her plot. In saying that I've not been to Bell Block Cemetery before, so if the Headstone ( providing there is one ) is readable, all is not lost.

Hi Lil,
I am still waiting for information to come through, re burial. May I take up your offer if there is a headstone.
So far all I know is that Charlotte is in the family plot at Bell Block and the names of the other 5 family members there.

Also spoke with Lillian at St Marys Church. She looked up her burial records but only found an Albert d 2/5/1967, aged 77years and Annie d 7/6/1978 aged 86. Possible relations?

There are two cemeteries in Bell Block, never knew that, in fact didn't know they even had one, so will check them both.
