Anyone investigating Baileys in and around Suffolk.
Some of the places I can remember off the top of my head where my ancesters where born/lived:
Chevington, Melton, Moulton, St Matthews, ipswich, Thingoe, Whepstead,

I have Baileys from Ipswich/ Sudbury in my family tree and have lots of info. Give me an idea of names and dates so we can look for possible links.

I have many many Baileys!
I have got back to a James Bailey born 1787 in Chevington, I know his father was a James as well but no DOB and his wife was (maybe)

his wife (maybe) was a MAry Frost.
Here is a list of my Bailey ancestors (not including all the brothers and sisters)

Sadly, it looks as though there is no connection as my Bailey from Ipswich was Frederick Moss Bailey born 1885 and his father was William born 1852 Stuston - no surprise though as its such a common name!
