Doesn't say Rusholme but he is the only one. Treat this one with caution - did he have a sister called Maria??1901

As far as I know he doesn't have a sister Maria or even a Mary. But thats not to say there isn't one.

Could you try for Alfred Udale b. Rusholme I have just found chr data on this family and some are transcribed Udall and others Udale.

Yes, it could well be. The writing is difficult but there is a dot which if he put slightly more to the left would make it look like Olive.Got to be really, i suppose.
