How to include names being researched?

Hello,  I do not know how to include my surnames of interest at the bottom of a posting.   Can somebody help me out please ?

Areas:
Victoria, Tasmania, Hampshire, Berkshire, Yorkshire, Fermanagh, Glamorgan

Hi I,m New to this site I,m A bit confused on how to add names i,m looking for & to research in Monmouthshire who I,m looking for, if any one can help much appreciated.
 1st generation From Australia Welsh Heritage. :)
