Rodway, Alice born 1876c

Hi All
Am trying to find the parents of Alice Rodway born about 1876/78 Clerkenwell, London, she married a Edward Drew in 1899 in Islington.  I am sending of for their marriage certificate, but wanted to see if anyone had any other information too.

Do you mean Alice Rodway???

Or do have a Drew marrying a Drew???

Have you tried locating her in 1881???

Duh my mistake got trigger happy it's Rodway, yep looked on all the census, there is a possibility of about 5 different parents.  That's why I'm sending of for marriage cert.  Just thought I'd ask on the chance that someone else knew.

Hobbit/Suzard - I have tried unsuccessfully to locate her in 1881 (also using Radway).

I do know that some of my Rodways are 'missing' from this census, so Alice could be another one - although I cannot see an Alice Rodway from Clerkenwell Reg District in 1877-1878 on Freebmd (Havent checked out though to see if Alice was her second name)

From 1869 to 1889 Clerkenwell was in the Holborn registration district. So the best bet for Alice's birth may be:

Births Sep 1876   
Rodway  Alice     Holborn  1b 726

although there is another (perhaps less likely) possibility:   

Births Jun 1879   
Rodaway  Alice Maud     Holborn  1b 769
