I have since the earlier posts on here done some more research and found a few more facts. Maybe I should have updated the thread.
William Waring Dove never married Jane, he did marry Eleanora Lock. He died in 1879 and the name varies on different records. [Waring, Warin & Wareing]
His fathers name was Thomas & his mother was Sarah, maiden name Sandle.
Jane I am afraid I have not found at a later date.

those children would've all been born before he went & married Eleanora in 1860, & I know there wasn't a marriage to Jane not under Chatfield anyway. Its not unusual for unmarried mothers to claim to be married on census, or in my tree, pretend theyre widows. Jane & Marys birth date & locations all exact matches and both boys under chatfield as maiden name, if you can't find Mary Ann or mother Jane in 1871 to rule them out. I am trying to find any marriage or baptism of the boys, its taking my mind off my brick wall for a bit  ;D that and the admin I'm supposed to be doing

Ellen Norah is not there. Jane was born in 1817.
