wife Jeanie R., female, white, age 34, married once for 11 years, mother of 2 children - none living, b. Eng., parents b. Eng., immigrated 1900?, no occupation

brother-in-law Terry, John E.S., male, white, age 34, single, b. Eng., parents b. Eng., immigrated 1900 or 1901?, powder man in land clearing industry

No, the census doesn't give the names of people who aren't living.  I think it says she immigrated 1900, although the last number was a bit hard to read.
