Hi all I don’t believe this is him . I saw it and did wonder thinking his name had been mistranscribed ( a J instead of an F ). I recall talking about him to my older cousin who told me he’d died young , apparently drowned.
But the story does say drowned so I’d think it comes under the heading of a possible….

And his mother in laws maiden name was Hogwood . Or Hogswood or Trogwood depending on the record….
