   I have found a Mary Townsend marriage 21/2/1838 to William Rouse.
  There could of been 2 Mary's as wives...

   Going back to Sarah Hunt snr c1785 born Blaydon Green (1851 Gt Farringdon cen)
    is she connected to...

   Mary Hunt snr c1796 born Stanford (1851 cen)

Sarah A was the illeg daug of Martha, but she was brought up by Martha's sister Mary, who was the second wife of William Rouse. 

Mary, Martha and Elizabeth were d/o William Hunt (1793) and Mary(1796 Stanford).

In turn William was s/o George Hunt and Ann Hammond married 1793, Farringdon.
