Have you any further information on Charles, maybe an age at some point of his life in Austrailia  ???

He was born in 1911 in Hampstead and emmigrated to Australia sometime after the end of WWII. I do not have any more info at the moment

Have you tried the National Archives site?  They have online records for Govt sponsored immigrants since Federation but I'm not sure what date they go up to.
