hi i am new at this how do i post a message. as u can see i can reply ok. i am looking for info on a spencer jonathan cooper born 1874 in battisford suffolk and died in 1941 in ilford london i would like to posted this message off many thanks

Do you have any census information for Spencer?  Interestingly although he gives his birthplace as Battisford in 1891 and 1901, in 1881 it is given Gr Finborough, even though he is living in Battisford.  This make me think that the 1881 entry is more likely to be correct.

There are no obvious candidates on the 1911 census index, but for the other available censuses that he was alive for he was living in Suffolk.
