MORRISON/HEANEY MARRIAGE

I NEED SOME HELP IN FINDING THE BIRTH FOR A WILLIAM MORRISON.  ACCORDING TO HIS MARRIAGE REGISTRATION TO A MARY  JANE HEANEY ON 19 jan 1891 IN BONHILL, DUMBARTON, SCOTLAND, IT STATES HIM AS BEING 29 YEARS OF AGE WITH THE PARENTS NAMES OF WILLIAM MORRISON AND ELIZA MORRISON M.S. CARRUTHERS. 
SO, THIS MAKES HIS BIRTH YEAR 1862. 

CAN ANYONE HELP ME?

ALSO, SORRY I SHOULD HAVE ADDED THAT IT SAYS THAT HE WAS BORN IN NEWTOWN LIMAVADY, LONDONDERRY.

Have moved your thread to Londonderry board where local researchers will see it.

William Morrison married 1859 Co. Derry to Eliza Carruthers which fits with the details you've already found.

Newtownlimavady (now Limavady) can refer to the town or the area.

Civil registration of births started in 1864 so there won't be a birth certificate for William if he was born in 1862. However, IGI lists 2 of his siblings:
1. Richard born 10 Apr.1864 Ballykelly district
2. Rebecca born 10 June 1876 Co. Londonderry
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!
