Hi Again,
Here is the 1901 census but Charity is listed wrong and the confussion  being two families mingled.

1901

RG13;  895; 48;  2.
2 forge cottage , frant

Alfred Streeter 41  head mar gardner (domestic) b. Rotherfield
Rosa Streeter 39  wife b. West Willingdon
Albert Streeter 15  son grocer errand boy  b. rotherfield (as are all the children)
Rhoda Streeter 12 dau (Mary in 1891)
Nellie Wickens 11 dau
Annie Wickens 8  dau
Charity Wickens 6  son
Sawyer Wickens 6  son
Edward Wickens 4  son

So this Charity is yours  :)
Have you tried the 1911 census for more information?  That leaves you looking for her sister, Mary Rhoda?

Hi Jane,
That's wonderfull. Until now I didn't have a name to look for Charity and stilll don't for Mary didn't see either in the 1911 census. Not knowing who they married and where they went. I never would have thought to look in London for her.
Being from Newfoundland I'm not sure of the distances between places.
