Just thought I'd throw in a little wrinkle Kris
Unable to get to WSRO so sadly not able to confirm baptisms - must rush away to warmer climes to escape the snow which has duly arrived.
Hasta luego, Dave

I had a suspicion of a second marriage because in 1881 census Thomas & Mary have 4 children, one of whom is Susan but she is age 12 so that would make Thomas only 18 when she was born but mother would have been 26.

so looks like Mary alreadty had a child/chiloren when they married
Cant find a birth reg for Susan bailry -there are a few possibilities for a marriage of Thomas/Mary 1871-1881
