Does anyone live at Normanton ?Altofts area ? John Heptonstall & his wife Mary both seem to have died same day .Any ideas.?? graveyard ?

      Don't know if this helps but the Yorkshire Post was first published in 1754 They may have info on odd circumstances like this.

      If that fails not sure what to do short of visiting the area

Bit hard to visit area Paul Im in NSW -Oz .   I might try Yorks Post especially if its the yr they began.
Im researching both my & my husband's families so lots of things to check.Very interesting tho .Like finding my Dad age 2 in 1901 was in a Workhouse with his Mum .
