wedding party date/restore please

Hi all,

I had this picture sent to me in an email and wondered if anyone could date/restore it a little for me please. we beleive it may be of a wedding party but do not know who's wedding and we can only identify one person. thanks in advance,

It's got to be a wedding party, surely with all the folks in their best sunday cloths, the bloke second from the right at the front is a sweep, always good luck at a wedding.

I'd say about 1920.
But where's the bride?
And how do you know he's a sweep?

I'd go along with Loney's date, but as it's such a small photo, and we can't see any women's skirts ( a reeeally important dating tool) it's hard to tell. Lovely photo, though!

Motorised charabancs came into use between the wars, so that gives you about 1920-30.
There are two cloche hats, worn by younger ladies, the older ladies are still wearing wider brims, so that tells me early twenties rather than later. Dress lengths would have been better.  ;D

Must be a wedding as the men are all wearing button hole flowers ;)
