Help needed with Leopold Williams

Hi
I was wondering if anyone could help with Leopold Williams I have him married to Ivy ML Young apparently he was born in C1880 not sure where, he married Ivy in Godstone.
Interested in his family and where he came from one posible is Wandworth.
we dont know much about him as everybody in family have all passed away .
Looking forward to hearing if anybody can or knows anything about this man.

Problem - Leopold Joseph Williams died Dec 1883 aged 3 Wandsworth

On Rootsweb free BMD'S it is only showing a birth and death of this person, no marriage and at the moment and no sign on 1881.
Any other info would be useful

I don't know if this helps but there is a family of Williams living in Battersea on 1881 census on familysearch.org it comes under Westminster, Battersea is not far from Wandsworth.

Susannah Williams head marr aged 35 born Deal Kent
Robert J son single 15 New Kent Road
Jessica 13 Westminster
Alice 11 Westminster
Ada 6 Westminster

We know the Leopold m1914 is not the Leopold b1880 Wandsworth.

1 Leopold on 1891 and 1901 census living Hackney b1888/89

8 further Leopolds on 1901 census including:
Living Greenwich b1872
          Paddington b1873
          Bootle b1884
          Bristol b1885
          Crowhurst b1886
          Cheltenham b1899
other 2 too young to marry in 1914.

Fathers name from marriage cert. would help narrow down/exclude these.

I have been trying to find Susannah and family on 1871 with no luck at all, although she has a host of children on 1881 they may not  all be her's although there is a marriage in Wandsworth William Williams to a Susannah Bingham 1867, just a thought.
I am sure a cert would help

I have now come to the conclusion it could be Crowhurst as i believe this is surrey I know there is one in Sussex as well We know he married a young app she was always called  Lou I notice Ivy middle name is Lou!!
Also she came from Godstone.
We also knew Leopold was an Architect in later life and they had 3/4 boys and a girl.
Danel transcribed wrong on his birth cert Danel was my father in law.Although not seen his birth cert I was given this info,  Tim, Ted, and June could be another boy.
My subscription has expired on Ancestry is it possible someone could look at the one from Crowhurst 1901 please.
I am grateful for all the help on this thread
