Can anyone date small children?

Any chance of dating another of my unknowns?  Small children must be worse than men!  Back of card to follow.

Have you tried searching trade directories to see when that particular studio was in operation?

Unfortunately I have no idea if trade directories have made their way on to the web yet. I am just dabbling at the moment.

 I am going to the local archives on Saturday. If you haven't found this photographer in a trades directory by then I will see if the archives have any dates this chap was operating.

Thanks all.  The 15 Market Place address seems only to have been in use for a couple of years, 1889-1890, but I guess he would have used up oldcard stock with that address on it, so best guess would be 1889 through early/mid 1890s.  If family, l eaves a number of contenders, and need not be family at all, but the date is always useful for building up an idea of photographic styles/
