At least there are some deaths, which are not usually found in IGI.

Now I have found some deaths I have been looking for for YEARS, where is the best place to send for the certs?

I have usually written to the Dublin GRO, but on perusing the info available, I'm thinking I should be writing to Roscommon.

Can someone advise?

Kooky.

I know this is not strictly on topic, but others may find the answer useful. :-\

I've noticed some gaps as well, but I believe it is a pretty good start.  Although they claim no images I have found some.

Says there's a technical problem at the moment when you try to search the civil indexes. Hopefully it will be back to normal soon- just keep trying.
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!

FamilySearch issued a press release earlier today announcing the Irish collection, along with many others. I suspect demand has probably overwhelmed the site, so hopefully this is just a glitch. It's been down since at least 3.00pm today.
