Here's one for Scrimnet..... 132 people said they were "superior" to the head of the house and the vast majority of them were women

Actually...proving how useful this thread is to teach us how best to navigate the 1911 Census.... it's quite useful if you are looking for ancestors who were nuns.
13 put relationship to head of house "mother superior" and 26 were"sister superior" (ie not in the occupation box)...not sure what the others were but presumably something professional. (They were not all in institutions)
Now - back to the fun stuff....seeing as we are now residing in "The Lighter Side"
